Richert Manjarres has extensive experience in customer care and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care & Operations at TracFone Wireless, Inc. since August 2005. In this role, Richert manages a team of call center vendor managers and oversees 12,000 offshore agents across eight call centers, focusing on recruitment, performance metrics adherence, operational procedure development, and best practice implementation. Prior to this, Richert held positions at TeleTech from November 2003 to July 2005, including Bilingual Operations Supervisor and Training & QA Supervisor, where responsibilities included staff training, quality assurance, and performance monitoring. Richert earned a Bachelor's degree from Florida International University from 2006 to 2010 and is a Registered Coordinator for Vendor Management Organizations since 2007.
