Laura Seninger

Laura Seninger is an HR professional currently serving as an HR Junior at TRACK GmbH, starting in October 2023. Previously, Laura worked at Daimler Truck AG as an intern in personnel management from January to June 2023, where responsibilities included involvement in recruitment processes, managing temporary staff procurement, and handling employee reintegration discussions. Laura also contributed to disciplinary measures, created reports for management, and provided support for employee inquiries. Prior to this, Laura gained experience as a working student in recruiting at top itservices AG from November 2021 to December 2022, focusing on application management, data maintenance, job advertisement creation, conducting phone interviews, and onboarding new student employees. Laura holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Human Resource Management and Organization from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, completed in August 2023.
