Max-Kristian Heiredal has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Max-Kristian started their career at Thomas Cook Northern Europe as a Destination Manager, where they oversaw operations, finances, and staff responsibilities. Max-Kristian then joined SunCharter as a Salgs- og marketingschef, where they were responsible for strategic marketing, pricing, and had personnel management responsibilities. Max-Kristian continued their career at KILROY as an Operational Team Leader and later became a Product Manager. Most recently, they have been working at TrackMan, where they started as a Sales & Service Manager - Denmark, then moved on to become the European Support Manager & Nordic Range Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Customer Experience.

Max-Kristian Heiredal attended Vejen Handelsskole from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their HHx degree. Later, they pursued a degree in Leisure Management at University College Sjælland from 2015 to 2019.
