Arlene S. Bolz has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Arlene S. began their career in 1984 as the Marketing Director for Emerald Systems Corporation, where they established and hired managers for various departments, supported executive managers, and performed duties as the Assistant Secretary of the Corporation. Arlene S. then moved on to work at Imspace Systems Corporation in 1995 as the Operations/Accounting Manager, where they managed sales orders, prepared software shipments, and delivered financial forecasts to the President. In 1998, Arlene joined Hitachi Home Electronics (America), Inc. as the Sr. Manager of Facilities, Safety, Administrative Operations & Community Relations. Here, they successfully administered the design and construction of a corporate headquarters. After working at Hitachi for over a decade, Arlene joined Family Health Center San Diego in 2009 as a volunteer. Arlene S. later joined Dress for Success San Diego as a volunteer in 2011. Finally, in the same year, they also joined TRACON Pharmaceuticals as the Administration and HR Manager.
