Jill Easterbrook

Jill was appointed to the Board on 5 October 2022. She is also a Non-Executive Chair of Headland Consultancy and is a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Auto Trader Group plc, Ashtead Group plc, and UP Global Sourcing Holdings plc. She was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Boden. This followed a 15-year career in a variety of senior management roles at Tesco plc, where she was a member of the Executive Committee. Jill will succeed Lisa Charles-Jones as Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 31 December 2022.
