Ed Tracey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical services and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Services Engineer at Tracsis Rail Technology Solutions since June 2019, Ed previously held various roles at Xerox from January 2004 to August 2018. At Xerox, responsibilities included architecting and administering call center telecom platform projects, developing training programs for third-party telecom applications, and optimizing call flow for multiple business entities across diverse time zones and languages. Ed holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and further education from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
