Kristin Dean

Kristin Dean is an experienced professional in urban planning and entitlements, currently serving as the Director of Entitlements at Tract since September 2023. Kristin's extensive background includes a role as Senior Associate at Norris Design, where over 3,000 residential units were entitled. Previously, Kristin was the Director of Entitlements at Forestar Group Inc., overseeing due diligence for residential subdivisions along Colorado's Front Range. Kristin has also contributed as a planner in various city roles, including Principal Planner in Louisville and Senior Planner in Arvada, focusing on land use applications and development compliance. Kristin holds a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Cartography from UNC-Greensboro.
