Cornelius Vogel is the Head of Business Development for Tractable in Germany. Cornelius has been with the company since January 2019 and was promoted to their current position in December 2021.

Cornelius has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and management. Cornelius began their career as an Engagement Manager for Financial Services at McKinsey & Company. Cornelius then spent six years as Sales Director, Client Management at Munich Re (Group) before joining Tractable.

At Tractable, Cornelius has been instrumental in the company's success in the D/A/CH and Nordics markets. Cornelius is responsible for product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, pipeline built-up, local team built-up, and growing the company’s presence from the ground. Under Cornelius' leadership, Tractable has seen >600% revenue growth and increased headcount from 40 to >250.

Cornelius Vogel started their educational career by receiving their Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Cornelius then went on to receive their MBA from Columbia Business School. After working in the business world for a few years, they decided to return to school and received their certification in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute. Cornelius also received a certification from Google in Cloud Digital Leader.

They are on a team with Sakina Najmi - VP, Marketing, Mark Hornsey - VP, Customer Operations, and David Ward - VP, Customer Success. Cornelius Vogel reports to Alex Dalyac, CEO.
