Thierry Barret

Thierry Barret has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. THIERRY started their career as an Engineer at Assystem, where they held various roles including Ingenieur Essais and Responsable Planning Projets. THIERRY then worked as a Charge Affaires Maintenance des Centrales Nucleaires before moving on to join BOBST, where they served as a Product Manager and later as Responsable Technique d'une Gamme de Produits, managing a team and overseeing technical developments and marketing strategies. After that, they became the Managing Director at SID France. THIERRY then joined GE Renewable Energy as a General Electric Hydromechanic HME for a period of six years. After leaving GE Renewable Energy, they worked as a Senior Director of Project Management at Bühler Group, contributing to food security and safety through industrial process technologies. Most recently, they became a Senior Project Director at Tractebel in 2019.

Thierry Barret completed their studies at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Automation. Recently, they also pursued further education at HEC Paris, obtaining a degree in Strategy.
