Giovanni Cantoro

Giovanni Cantoro is a seasoned Project Manager in ICT with extensive experience in IT and communication project management at Tractel since June 2022, overseeing global IT and telephone infrastructure and ERP change management. Giovanni's volunteer work with the PMI Luxembourg Chapter began in October 2020. Previously, Giovanni served as an ICT Consultant at the Cour de Justice de l'Union Européenne, focusing on ITSM and workflow design. Giovanni held project management roles in voice networking and system engineering at POST Luxembourg and Eureka-ITS, respectively, delivering solutions in LAN and VoIP networks, as well as spearheading ServiceDesk implementations. Giovanni's educational background includes a Master's degree in Project Management from IAE Metz School of Management, along with various certifications in project management and networking.
