Jacque Smith currently serves as the Manager of Product Enablement at Traction Rec, a role assumed in August 2022. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at the YMCA of Greater Seattle from March 2015 to August 2022, where Jacque held titles such as Director of Customer & Operations Support and Director of Operations Systems and Support. Key accomplishments include centralizing customer support across multiple locations and developing a comprehensive training program for support agents. As a Manager and System Specialist within YMCA, Jacque focused on enhancing membership and program management systems, driving online sales, and improving user experiences. Jacque holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University and attended North Seattle College from 2007 to 2010.
