Elsa Dunn is an experienced corporate recruiter with a strong background in human resources and merchandising. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Tractor Supply Company since June 2018, Elsa has successfully filled field leadership positions across the U.S. and previously held roles such as Regional Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator, where responsibilities included streamlining communication processes and supporting field recruiters.
