Kathy Young

Kathy Young possesses extensive experience in project management and IT, currently serving as a Retail Systems Program Manager at Tractor Supply Company since April 2018. Prior roles include Project Manager at Alliance Data Retail Card Services, Sr. IT Project Manager at Progressive Insurance, and Sr. IT Project Manager at Huntington National Bank and JP Morgan Chase. Kathy's career began with positions in quality assurance and testing coordination at American Electric Power and JPMorgan Chase. Academically, Kathy is pursuing a Master's in Project Management from Keller Graduate School, having previously earned a BA in Education from Capital University.
