Ken Strait

Ken Strait is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and merchandising. Currently serving as Director of Product Development at Tractor Supply Company since April 2010, Ken previously founded Strait Profit Solutions, Inc. where the focus was on management consulting related to strategic planning, multi-channel merchandising, global sourcing, and product/brand development. Ken has held key positions at LL Bean, where leadership of the Travel Apparel and Footwear team resulted in significant revenue growth, and as Vice President of Merchandising at Sportmart, overseeing a $100 million division. Additional experience includes senior roles at Gander Mountain Inc. and Federated Department Stores. Ken holds a BA in Marketing, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
