Kim Cook

Kim Cook is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and project management. Currently serving as the New Store Leasing Project Manager in the Legal Department at Tractor Supply Company since January 2010, Kim oversees due diligence for potential real estate sites. Prior roles include Lease Administrator/Real Estate Manager for Sitel Corporation, where responsibilities involved compliance of leases across 165 locations, and Retail Leasing for Market Land Company. Furthermore, Kim has held leadership positions such as VP at Baker Storey McDonald Properties, Inc., managing retail real estate transactions, and has a strong background in marketing and brokerage from roles at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and The Shopping Center Group. Kim holds an associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Nashville State Community College and a certification in Athletic Training from the International Sports Science Association.
