Tamara Outland

Tamara Outland is an experienced leader in training and education, currently serving as the Director of Training and Education at Tractor Supply Company since November 2013. In this role, Tamara is responsible for identifying organizational training needs, developing core leadership course content, and conducting training for District Manager Development, while also facilitating team-building events. Prior to this, Tamara held positions as District Manager at Bath & Body Works and Maurices, overseeing multiple stores and focusing on customer experience and talent development. Tamara's career began at JCPenney, where responsibilities included supervising visual displays and marketing initiatives. Tamara holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt Peabody University and a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management and Marketing from Murray State University.
