The leadership team at Tractor Supply Company (TSC) has a wide range of experience in different industries. Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest professional services firms, is where two of the leaders began their careers in auditing. Another leader worked as an analyst in equity research at BB&T Capital Markets before coming to TSC. All three leaders have undergraduate degrees in accounting from different universities. Two of the leaders also pursued graduate studies in business-related fields. This experience and education gives the leadership team at TSC the knowledge and skills to guide the company through its continued growth and success.
