Kay’s expertise has guided investment decisions across diverse industries, including mining, aviation, agriculture, manufacturing, and logistics. Prior roles include serving as the ASEAN Representative for Invest Alberta and working in investment attraction with Invest Victoria. Earlier experience involves business development with Sun Apex Holding Limited and market research with Myawaddy Trading. Kay holds a Master of Computer Technology (Part I) degree from the University of Computer Studies in Yangon.
