Kyla Prescott

Kyla is an artist at heart and she brings her own flair to her work at Arnett Realty. Kyla's first career was with a large sporting goods retailer where she first learned the different aspects of marketing. She learned how important it is for a business to be able to clearly communicate the services they can provide to a broad range of people over many forums.

Growing up as a farm kid in Alberta, she understands that beauty is something that surrounds us in the everyday life. Whether she’s walking their beloved dogs at Conroy Pit or planting a family garden, Kyla sees beauty in all of her surroundings.

Kyla's new role as Director of Marketing has been a smooth transition. She has been watching her husband, Jake Prescott, as his real estate career progressed, from the licensed listing coordinator at Arnett Realty to one of the top selling agents at the Brokerage. This inside view of the workings of a real estate brokerage has provided Kyla with the knowledge that is required to prepare state of the art marketing. She is responsible for preparing and organizing artwork for power cards, billboards, bus benches, listings, buyer brochures, and all other marketing that Arnett Realty needs on a day to day basis.
