Dr. Kirsten Donner

Dr. Kirsten Donner is currently serving as Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats at CREDION AG and as Stellvertretende Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende at CREDION Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Prior to their current roles, Dr. Kirsten held the position of Head of Legal (Regulatory & Product) at Trade Republic. With a background in law, Dr. Kirsten has held various positions at law firms such as White & Case LLP, CMS Hasche Sigle, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Linklaters, and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Dr. Donner holds degrees in Rechtswissenschaften from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, OLG Frankfurt am Main, and a Doctorate in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of Zurich.
