Flora Hess

Flora Hess is a professional with diverse experience in brand strategy, venture analysis, and AI strategy, currently serving as a Founder's Associate at Trade Republic since February 2024. Prior to this role, Flora worked as an AI Strategy Intern at Merantix Momentum and as a Venture Analyst with the Oxford Venture Capital Network. Flora's career commenced as a Machine Learning Researcher at HD Vision Systems, where a Bachelor Thesis focused on convolutional neural networks was completed. Flora holds a Master of Studies in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and dual Bachelor degrees in Physics and Philosophy from Heidelberg University.
