Marcela Lundgren, MBA, has a diverse work history in international trade documentation and consulting. Marcela began their career as an Ocean/Air Exports Agent and World Bank On-Site Liaison at Panalpina, where they quickly rose through the ranks and managed high-profile accounts. Marcela then worked as an Ocean Exports Agent at Phoenix International Freight Services, focusing on cost-effective and timely solutions for clients. Marcela went on to become the Operations Manager at WTA USA Inc., where they developed and implemented business processes for a startup office. Marcela then joined C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. as an Ocean Export Document Specialist, managing documentation requirements and participating in restructuring initiatives. In 1997, Marcela established their own successful international trade and banking consulting business, Global Letters of Credit (Global L/C), where they negotiated on behalf of clients and exceeded customer satisfaction. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Chicago Operations at Trade Technologies, Inc., coordinating international payments and improving cash flow for export clients through a best-in-class web-based platform. Marcela Lundgren, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Management/French from Missouri State University from 1982 to 1986. Marcela later pursued their MBA in International Business at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2006 to 2009.
