Itzel Dominguez-Ramirez has been working in the coffee industry since 2014. Itzel began their career at Gregorys Coffee as an Assistant Leader and Barista, where they managed store orders, trained current and new employees, and made store hit sales goals. Itzel then moved up to Store Leader, where they focused on reaching daily/weekly/monthly sales goals through exceptional customer service and becoming familiar with nearby businesses. Additionally, they provided on-location training for all team members. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Coffee Learning, becoming the sole person in charge of conducting all in-person training sessions for a company of 30 locations in New York, New Jersey, and Washington D. C. In 2020, they joined Trade Coffee as a Marketing Coordinator and CX Agent.
Itzel Dominguez-Ramirez attended Hunter College from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. In August 2015, they obtained a Retail Food Handler certification from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
