Jill Iscra-Long

Jill Iscra-Long serves as the Executive Vice President of People & Culture at TRADEBE since September 2022, leading all human resources functions, including payroll, benefits, and community affairs, while actively participating in strategic organizational direction as a member of the executive committee. Previously, Jill held various roles at Bodycote from July 2007 to September 2022, culminating in the position of Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations across the Americas and Asia. Jill's career began at UPS in 1998, starting as a part-time recruiter and gaining extensive experience in human resources while completing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Elmhurst University.
