Devon Fanfair

Devon Fanfair has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. In 2013, they worked as a Senior Search Consultant for TEC Group International. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Hess Corporation in roles such as HR Specialist and Recruiter. In 2016, they were a Managing Partner at Devland and a Senior Technical Recruiter at PROS. From 2017 to 2019, Devon was a Co-Founder at Gratitud, Head of Operations and Co-Founder at Plug app., and an Advisor at Unconventional Subsurface Integration LLC and JUST WIPES. In 2021, they were a Co-Founder at ValerStudios DAO and in 2022 they are currently the Director of Talent Acquisition and Experience at Tradeblock.
