Syed Ali Abbas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Syed Ali is currently working as the Commercial Director at TradeDepot, where they are responsible for devising and deploying commercial strategy for sales execution through capability and capacity building. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Business Strategy and Organizational Transformation while being self-employed. Before that, they held the position of Head of Strategy and Business Transformation at Graana.com. Syed Ali also has a significant tenure at Haidri Beverages Pvt. Ltd. PepsiCola International Franchise, where they served as the Head of Commercial, leading various initiatives such as market insights, business development, trade marketing, budgeting, forecasting, and people performance management. In addition, they have held several regional and national managerial roles at Engro Foods Limited and Key Accounts Manager position at Engro Corp. Syed Ali started their career at METRO Cash & Carry Pakistan as the National Category Manager for Beverages & Tobacco.
