Bruno Duro

Bruno Duro has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Bruno started their career at Capgemini as an IT analyst, where they provided support and deployment of Windows desktop for Radio France International. Bruno also monitored Windows servers during this time. Bruno then worked at Transiciel as a Network Analyst, where they provided software support for clients, specifically BNP Paribas. Bruno also conducted an analysis on backup issues on the Windows servers at the bank. Afterward, Bruno joined Enterasys Networks as an MIS Manager, where they were responsible for the Information System of the Southern Europe region. Bruno also administered Windows servers and Exchange during their tenure. Bruno then worked at Sybari Software as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support to clients. Bruno later joined Microsoft as a Security Support Professional, where they provided security support for the company. Bruno's next position was at Tradedoubler, where they held various roles, including International Technical Account Director, Implementation Director & CRM Tech Lead, Director Business Process Improvement, and Head of Corporate IT. In these roles, they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing IT activities, as well as recommending and implementing cost-effective technological solutions. Bruno also managed relations with third-party support and maintenance companies.

Bruno Duro's education history begins in 1992 when they enrolled at EGC Martinique. Bruno pursued a degree in business and completed their studies in 1995. Following this, Bruno attended Leonard de Vinci from 1995 to 1997 to study Information System Management, earning a degree in IT.

In terms of additional certifications, Bruno obtained several from Microsoft in 2006. Bruno obtained the MCSE1 certifications in Messaging on Windows Server 2003, Security on Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2003.
