Adam Blake's work experience begins in 2004 when they become the Principal of Atlas Properties, where they manage various real estate assets and develops properties. In 2006, they co-found Silicon Solar Housing Solutions Inc., a company that manufactures and sells consumer solar products, including solar-powered lights for real estate signs.

In 2010, Blake becomes the Founder and CEO of Brightergy, a commercial solar sales company. Under their leadership, Brightergy becomes the largest commercial solar sales company in the US, with over 2,000 operating projects in 17 states. The company expands into energy services and software and achieves revenue of over $50 million and 100+ employees. Brightergy is later sold through a series of transactions in 2015/2016.

Starting in 2017, Blake becomes involved with Zego (Powered by PayLease) as an Advisor and later as the Co-Founder and CEO. Zego is an AI-powered platform that integrates IoT devices, allowing residents to connect with their apartments for tasks such as paying rent and submitting work orders. In 2019, Zego is acquired by PayLease and later sold to Global Payments in 2021.

In 2020, Blake takes on the role of Board Director for both KCRise Fund and PropTech Investment Corporation II. Finally, in 2022, they become a Co-Founder at TradeFoundry.

Adam Blake attended Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business, where they pursued a triple major in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurial Management.
