Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university instructor for courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food between August 2016 and August 2017.
