Gian P. Zini has a long and varied work experience in the fields of ESG & Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Foreign Direct Investments, Mergers & Acquisition, Cross-Border Structuring, Venture Capital & Private Equity, Economic & Business Development, Technology & Innovation, Sustainability & Circular Economy Strategies, Sustainability, Infrastructure & Conservation Finance, ESG Reporting, Social & Impact Investments, Global Venture Philanthropy, Management & Organizational Strategies, Knowledge Capital, and International Securities Regulations & Investor Relations.

In 2022, Gian P. Zini began working as the Executive Vice President of ESG & Sustainability, Corporate Governance and Investor Relations at TradeHelp\u2122, where they are responsible for leading the conceptualization and implementation of the company's ESG & Sustainability Strategy & Framework and related interaction with Platform Members and Strategic Partners. Gian P. is also responsible for co-leading the conceptualization, structuring and implementation of the Platform\u2019s fund raising and financing strategies.

In 2017, Gian P. Zini co-founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of C&Z Global Advisors, a multidisciplinary advisory firm, offering specialized strategic, corporate development, deal origination and investment services. In 2022, they became a Venture Partner at Reciprocity ROI, LLC, where they are responsible for developing the ESG & Sustainability / Climate Change Finance & Responsible Investment practice.

In 2014, Gian P. Zini became a Principal at NovusFolium Ventures. From 2009 to 2014, they held various roles, including Adjunct Professor at Westminster College - Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business, International Instructor at Overstock Corporate University, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah.

From 2000 to 2017, Gian P. Zini was Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Partner at Z&A Consulting Services Inc., a multidisciplinary consulting firm. Gian P. Zini has a Doctor of Law - JD from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in International Corporate Law - Securities Law- International Taxation. Gian P. also attended the Scuola Militare Alpina SMALP and graduated as an Officer School, 1st lieutenant in the Italian Army, Mountain Special Forces, Military Alpine Academy.
