Alexandra began their career as a Senior Manager of Digital Sales Development at TradeIn, a collaborative platform specializing in insurance and financing brokerage for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Alexandra played a crucial role in utilizing AI and blockchain technologies to assist French and global SMEs in managing their risks. Prior to their role at TradeIn, Alexandra served as the Head of Growth at Woolton Association consulting, where they established Delivering Value, a professional coaching business aimed at helping growth marketers and product managers transition into cross-functional leaders. Alexandra focused on supporting the growth and development of aspiring growth leaders in smaller tech companies, who often faced limited resources and mentorship.
