Joost Bergen

Joost Bergen has a diverse work experience. Joost founded Cash Dynamics BV in 2010, where they worked as a trusted advisor and provided professional training in corporate banking, liquidity management, and working capital. Joost also focused on strategy, continuity, and business model innovation with an emphasis on technology. Joost is the founder of TradeIn, a strategic committee member. Joost is also a member of the Supervisory Board at SKO - Ontwerpers van Onderwijs. Additionally, Joost has been involved with the Euro Banking Association (EBA) since 2015, where they serve as a moderator of the Liquidity Management Working Group and a faculty member. Joost co-founded Scybird in 2021 and Caribbean Tech & Innovation in 2020, both aimed at promoting innovation and achieving strategic goals. Before that, Joost was a co-founder of various ventures focusing on entrepreneurship, innovation, and digitalization. Joost previously held roles at the University of Amsterdam Business School as a Managing Director and Lecturer in Finance & Treasury, at the INSEAD Alumni Association as a committee member, and at Montran in business development and strategy.

Joost Bergen completed their Executive Management (YMP) degree in 2003 at INSEAD, where they studied executive management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree from Radboud University from 1991 to 1997. Joost'sfield of study during their time at Radboud University was financial and behavioural economics.
