Matt Williams

Matt Williams has extensive work experience in operations management. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Operations at TradeKart, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the EMEA Operations Director at Reliance Worldwide Corporation from November 2018 to September 2021.

Before joining Reliance, Matt held various roles at AkzoNobel, including UKI Operations Director, Site Manager, Multi-Site Manager, Deputy Site Manager, and Engineering Site Manager. Matt also served as the Production Manager, Engineering Manager, and Deputy Site Manager at the company. Their tenure at AkzoNobel lasted from June 2007 to October 2018.

Furthermore, Matt gained experience at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) as a Process Engineering Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager from August 2005 to June 2007. Matt also worked as a Graduate Process Engineer, Project Manager, and Energy Manager at ICI from February 2003 to August 2005.

Matt's earlier experience includes a role as a Financial and Management Accountant at Doughty Hanson from September 2001 to February 2003. Matt began their career at Unilever as a Graduate Management Accountant from September 2000 to September 2001.

Matt Williams completed their education in a Masters in Chemical Engineering (MEng) at Aston University from 1995 to 1999. Matt also studied MBA modules at Aston Business School from 1999 to 2000.
