Steffen Liermann has been working in the field since 2012. Steffen began their career at Leschaco - Lexzau Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG as an Apprentice in Freight Forwarding, and then progressed to Area Sales Manager and LCL Export Routings. In 2014, they moved to Leschaco Korea LTD, where they worked as a Contract Logistics & Procurement. In 2019, they joined Forto as a Sales Manager, and then LESCHACO (PTY) Ltd. in the same role. In 2021, they started working at TradeLink as a Senior Account Executive, and later became the Senior Account Executive & SDR Manager (interim). Steffen is currently an Account Executive at TradeLink and a Member at Pavilion, which they joined in 2022.

Steffen Liermann obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management between 2015 and 2018. In April 2016, they also obtained a Licence to Sell from PROAKTIV Management GmbH. In September 2018, they were awarded a Bachelor of Arts International Management from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management. Finally, in August 2021, they obtained a Job Skills: Supply Chain and Operations certification from LinkedIn.
