Jessica Silverman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, fundraising, and organizational development. Currently serving as Executive Director at Tradeoffs since January 2022, Jessica also operates Jessica R Silverman Consulting, providing strategic guidance and revenue development for a range of clients including Signal Foundation and Code for America. Previously, Jessica held multiple leadership roles at Code for America from April 2015 to August 2019, significantly increasing annual revenue and managing a substantial budget. Jessica's early career included impactful positions at Carnegie Hall, overseeing significant funding initiatives and managing government relationships to support arts programming. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Indiana University Bloomington.
