Chris Samadh

Director Customer Experience at Trader

Chris Samadh has a comprehensive work experience, starting in 1998 as a Customer Service Representative at Ford Motor Company of Canada Limited. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Retail Growth & Concern Resolution Specialist and a Product Liability Specialist at the same company. In 2004, they joined Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover Canada as a Customer Relations Manager, responsible for assessing and improving call centre operations. In 2005, they moved to Volvo Car Corporation in the same role. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Ford Motor Company of Canada Limited as a Program Manager, managing a call centre team. Chris then became an Account Manager for Ford Dealer I.T. at the same company from 2008 to 2011. Afterwards, they joined Direct Energy as a Senior Manager, overseeing call centre vendor management until 2015. Currently, Chris Samadh is the Director of Customer Experience at autoTRADER.ca.

Chris Samadh attended the Couva Government Secondary School from 1990 to 1995. Chris completed their A levels with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
