Ashley Balke

Ashley Balke is an experienced educational professional with expertise in training and development. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Traders Point Christian Church since March 2022, Ashley focuses on professional training and coaching, LMS management, and leadership development. Previously, Ashley held roles such as Professional Development Specialist at The Council for Professional Recognition and Director at both Traders Point Christian Schools and Dover Christian Academy. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Missouri Southern State University and has additionally pursued education at Ozark Christian College.
