Chad Alward

Chad Alward has over two decades of experience in the construction labor management industry, currently serving as General Manager at Tradesmen International, Inc. since August 2002. In this role, Chad is responsible for building long-lasting business relationships with non-union construction contractors to address variable project needs. Prior to this, Chad held a managerial position at Aerotek from November 1993 to February 2000, overseeing sales management and the hiring and training of recruiters and sales representatives across multiple locations, including Seattle, Vancouver, and Toronto. Chad earned a B.A. in Business and Political Science from Hope College between 1988 and 1992.
