Sue Bailey

Sue Bailey joined Tradesmen International in February 2019 as Vice President, Total Rewards, and was later appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer. Sue is responsible for developing and executing the organization's people strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic priorities; specifically, in the areas of talent acquisition, succession planning, change management, organizational and performance management, human resource operations, training, and development and total rewards.

Prior to joining Tradesmen, Sue spent nine years as a human resource and total rewards consultant, and also served in leadership roles at American Greetings Corporation, KeyCorp, and The Sherwin-Williams Company.

Sue holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia and an MBA from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
