Gisela Garcia

Gisela Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gisela started their career in 1991 at IBM as a Project Manager and Test Lead. From 1994 to 2000, they worked at Cambridge Technology Partners as a Project Manager and HR Manager. Gisela then joined Semtor as a Recruiting Manager in 2000 and stayed there until 2001. In 2002, Gisela worked as a Math Tutor at Lynn University until 2005. In 2003, they joined Equitrac Corporation as a Recruiting Manager and remained there until 2011. Gisela also served as the President of GGHRC, LLC from 2008 to 2012 and worked as a Senior Consultant at AOK Staffing from 2011 to 2012. Gisela then joined Altran as a Recruiter in 2011 and later became a Recruiting Manager from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, Gisela has been working at TradeStation as the Senior Director of Recruiting.

Gisela Garcia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami between 1984 and 1988. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, which was completed between 1990 and 1991.
