Jose Valdez

Jose Valdez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jose started their career in 2002 at Microsoft as a Technical Support Specialist, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they joined Net Marketing Alliance as a Client Specialist from December 2005 to May 2007. During 2006, they also served as a Co-Owner at Contacto Directo LLC. From July 2007 to February 2011, Jose worked as a Client Specialist at TD Ameritrade. In 2011, they joined TradeStation as a Technical Support Specialist and worked in that role until 2017. Jose then took on the role of Client Support Supervisor/Team Lead at TradeStation from August 2017 to July 2022. Currently, Jose holds the position of TradeStation Global Support Manager at TradeStation since August 2021.

Jose Valdez completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Jose attended this school until 2017. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they studied Advertising Science at Toulouse Lautrec, with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
