Andy Klepikov

Andy Klepikov has over 19 years of work experience in the financial industry. Andy is currently working as a Program Manager at TradeSun® Inc. since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at VTB Capital for 11 years as a Project Manager and Product Owner. Before joining VTB Capital, they worked at Lukoil as a Treasury Consultant for one year. Andy also has experience working at HSBC as a Product Control Head for almost two years and at Citigroup as a Product Control Financial Analyst and Project Manager for a total of five years.

Andy Klepikov has a diverse education history, spanning across various fields. In 1997-2003, they earned a Master's degree in Math Methods in the Economy Analysis from the State University Higher School of Economics. In 2004, they received a Certificate in Project Management from the Center of Business Skills Development in Moscow. In 2010, they obtained a qualification as a Qualified Professional in Investments and Mutual Funds from The Federal Financial Markets Service. Continuing their education, in 2012, they completed a Diploma in Advanced Professional Business Process Management from the University of San Francisco, focusing on Business Process Management and Improvement. Later that year, they pursued further education in the same field by obtaining a Diploma as a Lean Six Sigma Professional from Villanova University in 2013. Additionally, Andy Klepikov has acquired several certifications including Front-End JavaScript Frameworks: Angular, Deep Learning & Neural Networks with Keras, Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap 4, Machine Learning with Python, and Scalable Machine Learning on Big Data using Apache Spark. The institutions where they obtained these certifications include The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Coursera (IBM). Andy also holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
