Paul Worthy

Paul Worthy is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as Managing Director for Product Management and Head of Tradeweb Japan since March 2006. With a strong background in Asian product development, Worthy has held significant roles at Tradeweb, including Managing Director for Japan and Director for Asia, focusing on rates, credit, and derivatives. Prior to Tradeweb, Worthy was the CEO of Konetic from 1999 to 2006 and held key positions at Permira as Head of IT and Schroders as Project Manager in Group IT. Worthy holds a Ph.D. in Systems Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from City St George’s, University of London.
