Brad Favors

Brad Favors is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a First Officer at Tradewind Aviation since July 2024. With extensive experience at Southwest Airlines beginning in 2011, Brad holds roles including Destination 225° Employee Pathway Pilot, Manager of Flight Operations Fatigue & Human Performance, and Analyst/Sr. Analyst/Lead for Flight Operations Fatigue & Safety Risk Management. Key achievements include leading the development of a compliant Fatigue Risk Management System and implementing Salesforce solutions for pilot reporting. Additionally, Brad worked as a Certified Flight Instructor at US Aviation Group from July 2023 to July 2024. Brad holds a Master of Science in Human Technology Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Master of Science in Aviation Safety, along with a Bachelor of Science in Flight Operations Management, both from the University of Central Missouri.
