Nidhi Kumra

Nidhi Kumra has over 17 years of professional experience in the finance and accounting industry. Nidhi started their career in 2004 as a Senior Manager at KPMG, where they were responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and controlling audit and advisory engagements. In 2009, they took on the role of Reporter at Asian Television Network, attending cultural and social events to interview attendees and organizers. In 2013, Nidhi joined Labatt Breweries of Canada as Director of Finance, where they oversaw the Canadian P&L, managing a team of over four direct and indirect reports. In 2018, they moved to Dentsu Aegis as VP of Finance, responsible for corporate financial reporting to the publicly listed parent companies of ABInbev (Belgium) and Ambev (Brazil) under IFRS accounting standards. In 2021, Nidhi Kumra was appointed Chief Financial Officer at Playground Ventures Inc. and currently holds the same role at Tradewind Markets.

Nidhi Kumra completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Schulich School of Business at York University between 2001 and 2005, majoring in Accounting and Management, General. Nidhi then went on to complete a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2008.
