Gregory Gottschalk has over a decade of culinary experience, currently serving as a cook (cold side) at TradeWinds Island Resorts since April 2014, where responsibilities include maintaining a clean work environment and fulfilling banquet event orders. Previously, Gregory worked as a roundsman at Derby Lane from December 2009 to January 2012, adapting to various kitchen outlets and cuisines. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University and an Associate's degree in the same field from Saint Petersburg College.
