Julia Makarova is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Executive Housekeeper at TradeWinds Island Resorts since May 2021, Julia has previously held significant roles such as Dual Assistant General Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality and Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott. With additional experience as Guest Services Manager at Amara Cay Resort and Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Julia has developed a well-rounded skill set in both front and back-of-house operations. Julia also brings expertise in food and beverage coordination from a role at South Beach Group Hotels. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Florida International University.
