Rob Zambito is the VP of Customer Success at TradeWing. Rob has over 5 years of experience in customer success and has held leadership positions at Reggora and Qualia.

At Reggora, Rob grew the customer success team from 2 to 20 people and implemented foundational systems in Salesforce, Talkdesk, Greenhouse, Zendesk, and Service Cloud. Rob also interfaced with company leaders to communicate progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives.

At Qualia, Rob scaled and managed six teams comprised of 10 unique roles. Rob grew customer success from 2 to 85 individuals and won several awards, including Housing Wire Insider, High Performer by G2 Crowd, Best Places to Work: Austin, and Great Places to Work 2019. Rob also maintained an NPS of 48% (with an 8+ average score) and implemented Salesforce, Gainsight, Talkdesk, Skilljar, Greenhouse, Zendesk, Service Cloud, and Desk.com. Under their guidance, Qualia was able to enable nationwide regionalization.

Rob has a proven track record of success in customer retention, account management, upsells & cross-sells, onboarding, support, operations, and customer advocacy. Rob is an excellent communicator and has a deep understanding of how to build reports, processes, and documentation around hiring, training, and employee performance.

Rob Zambito graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Rob later received certification from ServSafe.

Rob Zambito reports to Eric Meisel, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Guy Koussa - Director of Sales, Doron Roberts-Kedes - Co-Founder & CTO.
