Marcus Suliman

Marcus Suliman currently serves as the Group Deputy Head of Legal at Trading 212 since August 2025. Previously, Marcus held the position of Group Head of Regulatory Strategy at Capital.com from February 2024 to September 2025 and served as a Strategy Consultant during that time. From March 2022 to October 2023, Marcus was the Vice President of Legal, Product and Regulatory Affairs and also held the title of VP Legal and Regulatory Expansion at Bitpanda. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Saxo Markets UK from August 2018 to March 2022 and working as Senior Legal Counsel at IG from May 2014 to August 2018. Additionally, Marcus practiced as a Solicitor at Barclays Investment Bank and worked in various legal roles at Vodafone Australia, Norton Rose Fulbright, DibbsBarker, and Hicksons Lawyers. Marcus obtained a combined LLB/BA in International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney, additionally studying International Studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
