Den Leonard has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Den started their career at BROOMHALL BUYING SERVICES LIMITED in 2013, where they served as a Commercial Director and developed the business into an international medicines and product solutions enterprise. In 2019, they worked as a Commercial Director (Ruminants) at VetPartners Limited. In 2020, Den joined Trading Apps and held the positions of Executive Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). During their time at LLM Farm Vets from 1999 to 2020, Den served as a Director and Farm animal Vet, co-founding XLVets and growing the practice into the largest organically grown farm veterinary practice in the country while introducing pioneering services and products to the UK market.
Den Leonard attended The King's School Chester from 1986 to 1988. Afterwards, they enrolled at the University of Liverpool from 1988 to 1993 and obtained a degree in Veterinary Medicine (BVSc DBR).
